Training Officer

We are thrilled to be working exclusively with a successful Training Organisation based in Antrim. Our client delivers a wide range of training courses and qualifications, specializing in Health and Safety, Electrical, and Construction.
The role involves the timely administration of documentation associated with daily operations, including both paper and electronic systems. This will include preparing training materials for upcoming courses, raising invoices, debt management, answering phone calls, data-entry, maintaining a database system, liaising with administrative staff, providing support to the Administration Director, and maintaining the office in a clean and tidy manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing training materials for upcoming courses.
- Raising invoices and managing debts.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Data-entry and maintaining a database system.
- Liaising with administrative team members and staff as required.
- Providing support and assistance to the Administration Director as needed.
- Maintaining the office in a clean and tidy condition.
- Preparing classrooms and canteen facilities for students.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
Salary: Up to £25k per annum.
