Training Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and detail-focused Training Administrator to join our client, a successful Training Organisation based in Antrim. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing training materials for upcoming courses
- Raising invoices and debt management
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Data-entry and maintain database system
- Liaising with administrative team and staff when required
- Providing support and assistance where required to Administration Director
- Maintaining the office in clean and tidy way
- Preparing classrooms and canteen for students
About You:
We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results. If you have a strong passion for administration and are eager to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you.
