  • Conduct engaging signalling training sessions for aspiring rail engineers and apprentices.
  • Manage and facilitate classroom environments, ensuring an interactive experience for up to 8 participants.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • Develop training materials as necessary to support learning objectives.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience within the UK Rail sector, with a focus on training and development.
  • Travel to various client sites across the UK to deliver comprehensive training and assessments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of training events while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Regularly review and update training resources to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Oversee the daily management of student training and assessment processes.
