We are seeking a skilled and motivated Signalling Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Network Rail. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance and faulting tasks on signalling equipment, including signals, level crossings, and points systems.
  • Work in a team environment to deliver safe and efficient work delivery, with a focus on leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain technical skills in inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of safe systems of work and ensure compliance with safety procedures and instructions.
  • Work in all weathers and conditions, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Requirements
  • Experience of arranging and implementing safe systems of work.
  • Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing.
  • Ability to work shifts in all weathers and conditions.
  • Meet the required benchmark for application screening questions.
