Job Summary:

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing the client facilities CMMS system, generating and closing out planned and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Quality & Compliance goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client facilities CMMS system to ensure efficient maintenance operations
  • Generate and close out planned and corrective maintenance activities in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with soft and hard services managers to ensure timely troubleshooting and report tracking
  • Act as the main point of contact for all CMMS requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a facilities management or maintenance role
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance software
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
