CMMS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled CMMS Coordinator to join our team at Apleona HSG Facility Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the operation of our Computer Maintenance Management System (Maximo) for two sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the client facilities CMMS system on site, generating and closing out of planned and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Quality and Compliance related goals are well established and implemented.
- Operate the Maximo system to create, modify or delete assets, plan maintenance and job plans.
- Work closely with soft and hard services managers to ensure timely tracking and completion of trouble shooting and reports from external contractors.
- Act as the Apleona point of contact for all Maximo requests.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Maximo system (desirable).
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
- Problem solving and fault diagnosis skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Annual salary up to £28,000.
