Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a CMMS Coordinator to manage client facilities CMMS system on site, generating and closing out of planned and corrective maintenance activities.

As an active member of the facilities management team, you will ensure Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Quality and Compliance related goals are well established and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Computer Maintenance Management System (Maximo) for two sites, creating, modifying or deleting assets, planning maintenance and job plans.
  • Work closely with soft and hard services managers to ensure trouble shooting and reports from external contractors are timely tracked and completed for month end targets.
  • Act as the Apleona point of contact for all Maximo requests.

We're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Maximo system (desirable)
  • Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
  • Problem solving and fault diagnosis skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
