About the Role

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled CMMS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the operation of the Computer Maintenance Management System (Maximo) for two sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the client facilities CMMS system on site, generating and closing out of planned and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Quality and Compliance related goals are well established and implemented.
  • Work closely with the soft and hard services managers to ensure that trouble shooting, and reports from external contractors are timely tracked and completed for month end targets.
  • Be the Apleona point of contact for all Maximo requests.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Maximo system (desirable).
  • Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
  • Problem solving and fault diagnosis skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
