Rota Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our team at Care Managers. As a Rota Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation of staff to meet the personalized care and support needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electronic Roster Management: Manage and operate the electronic rota system for Supported Living services, ensuring seamless integration with our care management processes.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate staff resources effectively to balance customer needs with staff rostering, ensuring high-quality care and support services are delivered.
- Data Management: Produce and manipulate information and data to support service delivery, including generating reports and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clear and accurate information is shared with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ 2 in Administration or equivalent.
- IT Proficiency: Extensive experience with IT, including Microsoft Office applications, electronic rostering systems, data manipulation, and spreadsheet packages.
- Skills: High level of numeracy and literacy, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in a varied administrative role, with a focus on data management and customer service.
- Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.
