One to One Support Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Care and Rota Co-ordinator. This position is responsible for supporting the Managing Director in the development and growth of the company, as well as coordinating staff rotas and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Support the Managing Director in the organic development and growth of the company, including the coordination and development of services.
- Rota Coordination: Coordinate staff rotas monthly, ensuring adequate coverage for services due to sickness, absences, and holiday periods.
- Staff Management: Manage senior support workers, providing structured work tasks and supervision as allocated to your team.
- Administration: Achieve monthly targets for administration tasks, including associated paperwork, to support the processing of end-of-month paperwork.
- Training and Development: Organize staff training via HR, coordinate support for staff through team development and module induction work, and liaise with HR for recruitment, induction, and support for new staff members.
- Client Data: Maintain and update filing systems for client data, deal with telephone and postal enquiries and referrals regarding services.
- Quality Services: Support staff in implementing person-centred care plans, ensuring quality services are delivered, including visits to services to record information.
- Flexibility: Work a flexible hour's system, including evenings and weekends, and provide emergency cover.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
