Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Helping Hands. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Registered Care Manager with recruitment, business development, and ensuring we deliver the highest possible standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Care Manager in providing care and support to our customers and carers within the local community.
- Ensure customers receive the highest standards of care and support through effective allocation of staff.
- Complete direct observations and supervisions for care teams within the correct timescales.
- Support the Branch Care Manager to maintain carer numbers by actively recruiting new team members and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Reassess customers to ensure care plans are reflective of customer needs and condition.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are always provided.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
