Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coach a team of coffee experts to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador, showcasing our products and services to customers.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to commercial performance by delivering experience and presenting customers with relevant commercial offers.
- Ensure the safe and compliant day-to-day operations of the Boutique.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso Boutique operates.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and leverage new knowledge and skills.
- Effective team coaching and training skills, with the ability to provide feedback and support.
- Ability to maintain and support a positive and collaborative team culture.
