Job Title: Office Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle post duties, call overflow, and reception cover in a busy office environment
- Set up meeting rooms and maintain office supplies, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation
- Assist with IT troubleshooting, equipment setup, and managing technical issues to minimize downtime
- Work on administrative tasks like scanning, file management, and data projects, contributing to the efficiency of the office
- Support office projects such as process reviews, system tidying, and facilities management initiatives
- Collaborate with the Business & Operations Manager on various projects, including office clear outs, reviewing processes, creating process & procedure documents, and gathering data
Requirements:
- A quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-focused, with strong communication skills
- Friendly and helpful, with a willingness to learn and grow in a varied role
Salary: £24,000 per annum
