Job Overview:

About the Role:

  1. Sales and Customer Engagement: Approach customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and facilitating product selection.
  2. Account Management: Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries.
  3. Lead Generation: Utilise various channels to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including CRM systems and occasional home viewings.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product range, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
  5. Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales process, from order placement to delivery coordination, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  6. Performance Analysis: Track and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telephone and face-to-face inbound sales, preferably in flooring, interiors, or luxury retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive revenue.
  • A passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics to provide valuable design advice to customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Impeccable organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
