Job Responsibilities

As an HR Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating approval processes and issuing updated contracts for employee movements.
  • Supporting general HR queries, coordinating probation and annual review processes, covering Payroll during absence periods, and maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  • Administering benefits schemes, supporting external audits, maintaining My SAGE People portal and Employee Handbook, and ensuring training and job descriptions are accurate for audit purposes.

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
