Over the past 18 months, the company has scaled its team from 3 to 25 people globally and aims to hire another 50 employees across the next year.
This key hire is to manage support for current clients, leveraging the chatbox to resolve issues that could be platform bugs, user errors, or Microsoft issues, ensuring the best possible service for all.
This role will evolve into leading a team of 1st/2nd line supports and taking a more proactive role with clients and the community.

Requirements:
- Able to commute to the office 3 times a week.
- Previous experience with Intune and Microsoft.
- Previous experience within an MSP or VAR would be beneficial but is not necessary.
