Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  2. Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  3. Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
  4. Work closely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to assist in identifying opportunities for all products and services via sales
  5. Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
  6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  3. Professional presentation skills, including the ability to present at regional sales and dealership meetings
  4. Ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
  5. Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  6. Knowledge of the Van industry is ideal
  7. Full UK driving licence is essential, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
