Commercial Sales Negotiator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
- Work closely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to assist in identifying opportunities for all products and services via sales
- Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
- Professional presentation skills, including the ability to present at regional sales and dealership meetings
- Ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
- Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
- Knowledge of the Van industry is ideal
- Full UK driving licence is essential, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
