About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team in Croydon. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvass the local area and door knock to promote properties
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
