We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team in Croydon. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers, marketing properties to buyers, and canvassing the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
