We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Complex Care Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to learn and develop their skills in the field of complex care.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  2. Working closely with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  3. Developing skills and confidence through on-the-job training and education
  4. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
