About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Blue Arrow - Peterborough's independent living retirement complex in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the complex, including supervising staff and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for improving services and enhancing the resident experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field, such as hospitality or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
