Complex Needs Care Worker

Sonderwell is seeking a skilled Support Worker to provide care and support to an individual with complex needs in their home. This role involves assisting with daily activities, such as personal care and oxygen therapy.
Hourly Pay: £13.91 per hour (pro-rata for part-time hours)
Location: Clacton
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with an individual who requires support with daily living tasks. As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with our team to develop a personalized care plan that meets the client's unique needs.
You'll be working night shifts, Monday to Sunday, 9pm-8am, which offers flexibility for those looking for non-traditional hours. Our team provides comprehensive training and development to ensure you feel confident and equipped for this role.
