Role Overview

As a key member of our events team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional events that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.

Our events are high-energy gatherings that bring together business leaders and entrepreneurs to learn, network, and grow. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring every event runs smoothly and successfully, from venue selection and logistics to on-site coordination and post-event evaluation.

With a focus on attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, you will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Pre-Event Planning: Book venues, speakers, and accommodation as required, develop detailed event agendas, and ensure all relevant documentation is prepared in advance.
  • On-the-Day Coordination: Oversee the seamless running of events, ensure agenda timings are adhered to, and troubleshoot any issues in real time.
  • Post-Event Review: Lead or contribute to team debrief sessions to assess event successes and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing events is desirable.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
