Job Description: Events Co-ordinator


Working Pattern: 5 days per week, across Monday to Sunday. For weeks where weekend days are worked, days off will be allocated during the week.


Reports To: High Ticket Events Manager

Role Overview:

As an Events Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and executing high-quality events. From pre-event logistics to on-the-day coordination and post-event evaluation, you will ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team while honing your organisational and operational skills in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Event Planning:

  • Book venues, speakers, and accommodation as required.
  • Develop detailed event agendas and ensure all relevant documentation and printouts are prepared in advance.
  • Conduct stock checks to confirm sufficient inventory for upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to meet logistical needs.

2. On-the-Day Coordination:

  • Be present on-site to oversee the seamless running of events.
  • Ensure agenda timings are adhered to and troubleshoot any issues in real time.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all event stakeholders during the event.

3. Post-Event Review:

  • Lead or contribute to team debrief sessions to assess event successes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document lessons learned and propose recommendations to enhance future events.
  • Ensure all post-event administrative tasks are completed, such as feedback collation and reporting.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing events is desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
