This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Events Specialist in Chelmsford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and working at events to promote our services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Represent Ecruit at events and conferences, building brand awareness and generating new leads.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The confidence and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
