Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project scope, timeline, and budget requirements for projects in a challenging R&D feasibility setting.
- Manage project teams, working closely with engineers and research scientists from industrial and academic backgrounds.
- Pioneer and champion PMO process development in a start-up environment.
- Work closely with the Finance and Procurement teams on budget estimation, reporting, procurement processes, and documentation.
Requirements
- A project management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, Agile PM.
- Experience in preparing and managing project budgets.
- Competence in project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, etc.
- Organized, proactive, and with a positive and agile mindset.
