About the Role

We are seeking an experienced STEM Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative programs and services at TRANSFORMATIVE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LAB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, technology, education, or a related field, as well as experience managing teams and leading projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement STEM programs and services that align with the lab's mission and goals.
  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers in the development and delivery of programs and services.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to identify areas of need and develop solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams and leading projects in a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of STEM education principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
