Arcus Global is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead the delivery of software solutions to the UK public sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing virtual teams, and ensuring products are delivered on time and on budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead agile teams, including product owners, Scrum masters, and developers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing software delivery projects and programs, strong leadership skills, and commercial acumen. They should be comfortable with Google suite and PM tools and have good interpersonal skills.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
