Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical projects across multiple software teams at Arm Limited. Our mission is to ensure the successful deployment of the Arm architecture into key software ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding business requirements and technical architecture
  • Ensuring the technical foundation for our solutions are strong and develop sophisticated solutions
  • Defining engineering work packages and capturing these in a prioritized backlog
  • Communicating and aligning with other technical leaders and engineering teams
  • Providing technical guidance to the team and mentoring to junior engineers, helping them develop skills and improve their performance
Requirements:
  • Experienced C/C++ developer with some familiarity with python
  • Track record of providing technical leadership across multi-team projects
  • Knowledge of Linux system fundamentals (networking, storage, and operating systems)
  • Expertise with embedded Linux software stacks including firmware and kernel drivers
  • Effective communicator and ability to collaborate well within and across teams
Benefits:
