Are you an experienced Programme Manager looking for an opportunity to lead complex technical projects at the forefront of innovation? Our client is seeking a dynamic professional to drive the delivery of an ambitious product roadmap in a cutting-edge technical environment.

This role offers flexibility for full-time or hybrid working arrangements, with a equity participation, a competitive salary of up to £85,000 as well as opportunities for growth and a generous leave allowance.


The Role

As a Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery of technical products, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. Collaborating with teams across science, engineering, and product development, you will build detailed project plans, manage risks, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

This newly created role offers significant scope to influence project delivery practices and contribute to the development of world-class technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, mapping features to timelines and identifying key interdependencies.
  • Monitoring & Risk Management: Continuously track project progress, update plans, mitigate risks, and address any blockers promptly.
  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare visual project updates and articulate plans effectively to ensure buy-in across the team.
  • Project Reviews: Ensure documentation is complete, evaluate performance throughout the project lifecycle, and incorporate lessons learned.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience managing complex technical programs from conception to completion.
  • A track record of success in deep tech or research environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • A highly organized and proactive approach to work.
