Finance Officer Opportunity
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a part-time Finance Officer to join the finance function of a not-for-profit organisation in West London.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the petty cash and ensure accurate records.
- Process timesheets and perform bank reconciliations.
- Resolve discrepancies promptly and process accounts payable invoices.
- Set up and process supplier payment runs and send remittances.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end procedures.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Sage 50cloud Accounts.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- High level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer
Paying up to £21 an hour and hybrid working offered.
