Job Title: Learning Disability Care Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Learning Disability Care Assistant to join our team at SeeAbility. The successful candidate will have experience working with people with learning disabilities or autism and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is £23,400 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced staff team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding care and support. As a Learning Disability Care Assistant, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that individuals receive the highest quality care and support, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing individualised care and support to people with learning disabilities or autism
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families, and carers
* Contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and continuous improvement
