**Job Title:** Learning Disability Support Lead
We are seeking an exceptional Learning Disability Support Lead to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Supported Living Homes in South of Oxfordshire and ensuring high-quality support services are delivered to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
The ideal candidate will have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) and a proven track record in management. They will also have a deep understanding of regulatory standards for supported/residential living and be able to maintain high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional support services
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans to meet individual needs
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvement and innovation within the service
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
