About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and lead our Supported Living Homes in South Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services that meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that promote independence, choice, and well-being.
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality care services that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Provide exceptional person-centred support that improves the quality of everyday life and achieves individual goals.
Requirements
  • NVQ 5 in Care and Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working with people with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
