Key Responsibilities- Assisting pupils with early development, including SEN and undiagnosed conditions
- Helping with motor skills development, such as holding a pen and picking up a water bottle
- Supporting language development through word formation and sentence creation
- Providing pastoral support for all pupils
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bright graduate degree (2:1 or 1st class), strong GCSE and A-Level grades, and a passion for working with young pupils. You must also possess patience, kindness, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.
