This role comes with a competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

As a Nurturing Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for working in conjunction with other practitioners to care for and educate children attending our school. Your primary duties will include:

  • Establishing and developing positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote learning and development
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years Education
  • Grade C or above in English, Maths, and Science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development
