Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns they may have.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and its application in practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
