We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurturing Early Years Leader to join our team at CBCS, where we have been proudly providing quality childcare across South London for over 60 years.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also includes:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Safeguarding knowledge
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or similar
  • A background in working in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • A good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Inspection Framework
  • The ability to communicate confidently with adults and children
