Located in London and Windsor, our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding, making us a leader in the field. Competitive Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum for a full-time role, 40 hours per week.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of your room, driving learning outcomes and transforming them into inspiring classroom experiences. You'll lead your team to plan, organise, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido curriculum.

As an experienced Level 3 Educator, you'll have a deep understanding of child development and be able to support your team in setting goals for each child. You'll ensure that every milestone is celebrated and that no achievement goes unnoticed.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum
  • Experience as a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader
  • The right to work in the UK
