We are currently seeking a highly motivated UK Adult Care Coordination Specialist to join our Homes for Ukraine Team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our Link Work Team to ensure the smooth placement and integration of guests into their host households.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  1. Managing the Homes for Ukraine phoneline and email inbox
  2. Conducting initial assessments of placements and guests to identify support needs
  3. Providing ongoing case work support to hosts and guests, facilitating successful placements
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role within the UK
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (we can arrange)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
