We're seeking a talented Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay). As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our guests.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. You'll work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect, and provide excellent service in our restaurant and bar.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
  • Assist with food and beverage service in our restaurant and bar
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
