Bar & Waiting Team Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar & Waiting team member to join our team at the Yachtsman pub in Hamworthy, Poole. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Aged 18+ as you will be required to serve alcohol unsupervised
  • Well presented and a confident communicator with an eye for detail
  • Committed to achieving success as part of a team

  • Able to reliably manage the commute

Previous experience and knowledge of bar & waiting in hospitality operations with a busy food profile is an advantage.
