Strategic Seasonal Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Seasonal Lifecycle Manager to play a key role within our Data, Analysis & Reporting Team. This position is responsible for ensuring the on-time, on-budget delivery of L&S's seasons, spanning the full lifecycle of a season, from design to clearance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be confident with people, and have a good eye for detail, including financial data. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to influence colleagues and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and embedding a seasonal lifecycle approach to all 'live' seasons
  2. On-time, on-budget delivery of every 'live' season
  3. Formulation of Seasonal lifecycle plans with deadlines understood and owned by all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  4. Reporting progress against plans across each lifecycle stage: design, production, samples, launch, orders, clearance
  5. Reporting progress against budget across all channels
  6. Clear and concise reporting of risks and issues to delivering plans and budgets for early mitigation
  7. Independent challenge and review of Business Unit performance against plans and budgets
  8. Order Book (OB) management, including OB-issues tracking and OB-issues resolution across functions
  9. Facilitating system and process improvements
  10. Presenting progress to L&S Directors
