About the Role

We are looking for an experienced M&A Manager with 4-6 years of relevant experience in deal advisory or corporate finance. You should have a proven track record of managing and executing transactions, ideally having worked across multiple deal cycles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Deal Advisory Transactions: Oversee and run the full lifecycle of transactions, from initial origination through to successful closing. You will work closely with clients, offering expert advice and ensuring smooth execution at every stage of the deal process.
  • End-to-End Deal Management: Be responsible for managing deals from sourcing opportunities to negotiating and closing deals, ensuring deadlines are met and client objectives are achieved.
  • Buy-Side & Sell-Side Expertise: Provide support and advisory services to both buy-side and sell-side clients, leveraging your experience to deliver strategic insights and drive value creation.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Base Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum
  • Bonus: Up to 60% of base salary
