Job Title: Claims Administrator Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team at TransLink. As a Claims Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for solicitors and members of the public regarding claims received. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Claims Capture function, undertake administrative duties, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the Claims Capture function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborate with the senior claims team to identify and investigate serious incidents Requirements: * Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including Maths and English * Minimum of 1 year's clerical experience * Previous experience of dealing with customer enquiries * Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word and Excel Desirable Criteria: * Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, including dealing with customer enquiries * Experience of dealing with third-party capture in a Motor Claims Department What We Offer: * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Competitive salary and benefits package How to Apply: If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, please submit your application, including your CV and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
