We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Administrator to join our team at Translink.

As the first point of contact for solicitors and members of the public, you will be responsible for handling claims received and providing administrative support.

You will be required to undertake data input duties, answer telephone enquiries, and highlight serious incidents to the senior claims team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post.

Previous experience of dealing with customer enquiries, clerical experience, and the use of MS Office packages are essential.

Desirable criteria include experience in a customer-facing role, dealing with third-party capture in a Motor Claims Department, and a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar post.
