Job Description:
The Insurance Claims Specialist will assist our adjusters in handling domestic claims of significant value and complexity. This technical assistant role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claim lifecycleMaintain accurate electronic files and prepare claim documentation as requiredLiaise with other departments and build effective working relationshipsManage incoming and outgoing correspondence and complete case enquiriesAssist on-site tasks, including minute-taking and statement preparationRequirements:
