Motor Damage Claims Handler Role

This exciting hybrid working opportunity is available within our Insurance industry. As a Motor Damage Claims Handler, you will be based in Belfast City Centre and will be responsible for reviewing and assessing motor claims. You will have high levels of empathy and understanding for our customers, providing updates on claims and working with customers, brokers, and service providers to progress claims towards settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess motor claims
  • Provide empathetic and understanding customer service
  • Work with customers, brokers, and service providers to progress claims
  • Manage customer interactions in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner
  • Support more experienced colleagues in handling complex cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Confident and professional phone manner
