Claims and Case Management Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Claims and Case Management Specialist at TransLink, you will be the first point of contact for solicitors and members of the public regarding claims received. Your responsibilities will include the Claims Capture function, administrative duties, data input, and answering telephone enquiries. You will also be required to highlight serious incidents to the senior claims team for further investigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including Maths and English, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar post.
• Minimum of 1 year's clerical experience.
• Previous experience of dealing with customer enquiries.
• Experience of using MS Office packages, including Word and Excel.
Desirable Criteria:
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, including dealing with customer enquiries.
• Experience of dealing with third-party capture in a Motor Claims Department.
